Sales Receivables

The Sopague Sales Receivables feature lets you track the amounts actually paid out to your account, with details about the transactions that make up those payouts. This feature is essential to ensure control and traceability over received payments.

What is shown?

  1. Date filter

    • You can select the desired period to view receivables, ensuring only relevant information is displayed.
  2. Overall summary

    • The totals of gross and net payout amounts received in the selected period are displayed, providing a quick understanding of the total processed amount.
  3. Transaction list

    • Below the summary, the page shows a detailed list of transactions that make up the payouts, with information such as:
      • Card brand.
      • Operation type (e.g., debit, credit).
      • Transaction date and time.
      • Authorization number (NSU).

  1. Details for a specific transaction
    • By clicking a transaction in the list, you can access detailed information, including:
      • Sale and payout dates: To track the financial flow.
      • Gross and net amounts: To understand applied fees.
      • Terminal and card information: For additional validation.

  1. Data export
    • To facilitate analysis or integration with other systems, you can export the Receivables Conciliation EDI by clicking the Exportar button in the top-right corner.

How to use this feature

  • Filter by dates: Use the filter to select the desired period and view related receivables.
  • Review details: Click a transaction to get full information, including amounts and fees.
  • Export data: Generate detailed reports by clicking Exportar—especially useful for ERP integrations or other financial platforms.
